Free UK delivery on orders over £60.
Orders under £60 are charged at a flat rate, calculated at checkout.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.
• If something isn't right, you can return unopened items within 30 days for a refund.
• We may pack your orders in pre-loved boxes with kraft paper tape to reduce waste and protect our planet. Instead of manufacturing new cardboard for every shipment we actively reuse clean, sturdy boxes that are already in circulation.

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Condition: The safety seal must be intact. Swatched, opened, or used items are not eligible for a refund or store credit due to health and safety regulations.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
